Actually the C++ mapping is standard, and not MICO specific. There are
always some "implementation details" that differ from ORB to ORB -- but
they are details.

For example, it took only one minute to make the MICO "random.org" example
compile with ORBAcus.

The "talk to" part is over IIOP, which has nothing to do with the language
mapping. As long as they speak the same language on the wire (IIOP), it
doesn't matter what mapping and programming language is used for the
implementation.
