I get the same from cvsup.kde.org :-(
I tried cvsup.nl.freebsd.org as discribed on the KDE Homepage.
This works, but I only get checkouts and no updates! So I Ctrl-C´ed it.

Can someone say something to that?
Maybe Coolo?
He almost knows everthing about CVS 
*I´m not worth it master* ;-)
