KOM does not handle anything like that, that's the job of CORBA or the developer 
itself I think :)

However I think in general things might get slow with standard interfaces, so 
you might perhaps go for your own IPC stuff (without using CORBA at all) or 
perhaps have a look at the MICO streaming stuff. I haven't played with it, yet, 
but from what I saw I think it looks like something for transferring bigger 
amounts of data. Perhaps Torben or Steffen have any experience with that?
