Hi!
I have a problem with the combination of the programms mentioned
above...
I installed kdenetwork and i was able to get talk requests and handle
them with the default setting "kvt -e talk" in kcmtalkd.

If i change the "/usr/local/kde/bin/kvt..." to /use/local/kde/bin/ktalk"
and i press "respond" on incoming talk requests nothing happens...
I just don't get it...
I can start ktalk without any problems even if i run ktalkdlg manually
and then press "respond" ktalk gets started.

But not when it is called via ktalkd!

Can anyone reproduce this behaviour?
This used to work in older versions of kde...

Bye, Rolf!

P.S. BTW: there is another thing i don't understand:
If i press "alt-f2" and type "vmware" i get an error, saying "The
URL vmware is malformed".
All the other programms i tried to start via alt-f2 worked without any
problems and i can start vmware in an xterm from the command prompt,
too!?
