Update from CVS and use either settheme or kcmdisplay to set the "System"
theme (Danger, Danger Will Robinson! - I bugfixed kcmdisplay dynamic theme
changing some and it kindof works. But it may crash, go beserk and chase your
cat, or do other odd things ;-)
