I just discovered that the source code I was looking for is already in 
libkonq/kpropsdlg.cc BUT it doesn't work on my system, i.e. I get the
generic property dialog with "General" and "Permissions" when I use RMB 
on an application file. I also get the following message:

  kiolib (KService*):   has FileManager

What's going on?
