Er, I construct thousands in Empath - they're index records for messages in a
mail folder. What's a 'strongly coupled lifecycle' ?

Yes, these are of the same class. I think this might apply to me, as you want
those with and without a strongly coupled thingy.

Oh, I also have to create a QListViewItem for each. Good job QString's shared,
eh ;)
