There is no timeout in that code. Try to remove PGP app from your path and
KMail will start faster.
And: PGP seems to expect some tty input on stdin (even when you check if it
exists). Someone inserted code which sends an '\n' to pgp but only solution is
to press some key. I don't know if it has to do something with some random
number stuff in pgp.
