KAction does this. Also, enabling/disabling the action enables/disables
all connected menu items and buttons. Additionally, KUIActions converts
the action accelerator into a QAccel if no menu item is connected to the
action. I intend for KAction and KUIActions (for handling multiple
actions) to replace KAccel.
