I just committed a fix for KConfig::hasKey()...I had forgotten to i18n
calls to this function.  I was optimizing it for speed (the original
version called readEntry which incurs a lot of additional overhead) but I
forgot this crucial step.

Sorry if I hosed anyone up at all besides myself.  You can beat me later.
