Yes. Finally it seems it is not 
a real problem (which was rather the initial creation of it)
but as I showed above, it has side effects on session management.
Perhaps there is a way to have a window with toolbars and such and
that would not break SM ? Don't know....

Yes, I commented that out.

Thanks. No rush finally, I managed to avoid having a listprogressdlg in 
konqueror's session management ;)
