While it might be nice to have an mp3 player included with KDE, it's not
clear to me how a decision can be made to include one of the KDE mp3
players over the rest.  Currently, there are Kmp3, rasca, kmpg and
KJukebox, and there may be more (although KJukebox serves a slightly
different purpose than the rest of the players).  To immediately decide to
make rasca the "mp3 player of choice" is sort of pushing it.  I find it
rather interesting that on the Rasca homepage, one of the news blurbs
declares that the author or authors hates QT and is considering switching
to gtk....
