Nope, kget does not do it yet, sorry.
I even don't thinkthat I am ging to implement this thing in kget.

I mean, IMO it's more suitable to put this into kfm. When user chooses Save
document source, there would be an option to save it with images.
Otherwise, kget would have to parse the html source to check for images etc.
