Hi,

when you're using KIconLoader to load some app-specific icons like
  KIconLoader     *loader    = kapp->getIconLoader();
  static QPixmap  folder_xpm = loader->loadIcon("folder.xpm");

you usually get the icon located in
$KDEDIR/share/apps/APPNAME/pics/folder.xpm.

But if the user installed pixmaps in ~/.kde/share/icons/, e.g. from the
popuplar MacOS Theme, then that BIG blue MacOS folder xpm is returned.
IMHO, KIconLoader shouldn't look in ~/.kde/share/icons but rather in
~/.kde/share/apps/APPNAME/pics
