Sounds convenient.

As I understand https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ErrorTracker#contributing , this 
relies on Apport to offer core dumps of the crashed program. I expect that any 
such technology will collide with some of our policies. Don't know which 
policy, but see https://community.kde.org/Policies/Telemetry_Policy#Privacy .

If I understand that wrong, can you tell some more details?
