Hi Wolfgang,
Are you talking about components? I don't know if this answer your
question, but in KDE currently is available a set of components called kde
components [=B9] which actually are using QtQuick 1.1 and not 2.0.

If you want to experiment with that stuff you usually find them under
kdeclarative packages in various distributions.
