Are you talking about components? I don't know if this answer your question, but in KDE currently is available a set of components called kde components [¹] which actually are using QtQuick 1.1 and not 2.0.

If you want to experiment with that stuff you usually find them under kdeclarative packages in various distributions.

Well "Qt Widgets for QtQuick" [1]
If one would like to use QtWidgets with QML then one would do just that [2] :)
