Hi,

I don't know if this is a coincidence or not but Skrooge is not able to 
load /*_only the plugins using "Plasma" APIs_*/ any more
(The same code works on kubuntu 12.04 but not on 12.10).

Do you think I am on the right track?
Do you have some advice to find the correction?
