use those libs)

Ok, seriously and on topic:

a) if this ffmpeg / avlib kindergarten junk does not short term stop, using a plugin \
system in this context will be inevitable; also because those idiots apparently still \
ship incompatible libs with the very same path names.

b) I got several libs from ffmpeg on my disk.
Quite uninformed, i'd guess libavformat is relevant in this context and libavcodec is \
not? (Ie. the indexer needs to be able to read the container, not the data stream)
Is that lib actually affected by those wannabe "patents" as well?
