Done. I have changed all (or I think so) the GPLv3+ references to GPLv2+.

But I have a question. In the project there are two tutorials made
with KTutorial editor. In order to be accepted in KDE repositories,
what license should I put those tutorials under? I ask this because
KTutorial editor saves a tutorial in a XML file which is then exported
to a Javascript file to be used with the application. But the tutorial
itself can be seen as just documentation. So I don't know whether
those tutorials should be licensed under GPLv2+ or GFDL 1.2+ (or even
both, but I don't know if that is possible).
