Because Okteta (in kdesdk) now installs a new API version, Okteta libs as well
as Kasten and OktetaKasten libs, thus has namespaced the include dir and the
lib with a postfix 1 now (e.g. kasten1/). But the build should just skip to
build the Okteta plugin for KDevelop and go on, or?

Will see to port the Okteta plugin to the new API later today or tomorrow.

Cheers
Friedrich
