i've tried to access the static KNotification::event call to notify the user 
about a newly loaded torrent. It doesn't work. The load function is called 
from the slaves thread, so there might be a problem with the event loop (which 
is in dbusthread.(h|cpp) and created in DBusHandler() ).

is this even possible? should i use dbus here as well?
