We achieve that (generally) in fedora by setting
set(CMAKE_INSTALL_RPATH_USE_LINK_PATH FALSE)
in FindKDE4Internal.cmake (default is TRUE)

You can get away with this (again generally) only when your kde install is 
already in your standard ld search path (ie, prefix = /usr or similar).
