I've heard of people who have a Mac machine who get (if I remember correctly) \
something like 6 hours battery time running Mac OS X, but only a couple of hours \
battery running Linux on the same machine. If this is typical, I think that the \
ability to power off immediately when suspending is likely to be a much more \
important  to KDE users than it is to Mac users. The fact that Mac users don't \
complain therefore isn't necessarily particularly relevant to KDE.
