Don't forget though that suspend to ram is MUCH faster than suspend to 
disk. Those using s2ram would not like to wait half a minute instead of 
a few seconds to suspend.
 Those using s2disk would not like that the computer is not powered off. 
Eg. I use s2disk a lot, both at home and when on the road when I not use 
the computer for hours. I'd not like that my desktop consumes power or 
my laptop drains my battery during this period.
