indeed; best would be if we could just replace both Suspend and Hibernate with 
just Suspend and have it do what some other systems do:

* if battery is below a certain thresshold, immediately suspend to disk
* otherwise suspend to ram and:
	* if battery drops below threshhold, suspend to disk
	* if suspended more than N minutes, suspend to disk

between that and notification of coming out of suspend we'd be on cloud 9 from 
a usability perspective imho.
