As I said in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=237488 , I think that the 
email address should also be fixed. I would suggest to setup a mailing list of 
the same name (quality-whatsthis@kde.org) and then those who are subscribed 
simply forward the mails to the appropriate maintainer or report a wish in the 
bug tracker. Since at least one person should be in that list, I will 
subscribe to it myself.

Any objections? Is it correct that I should write to mailman@kde.org to get a 
new mailing list set up?
