Hello,

It's been a while since I sent my message proposing a service menu for 
browsing ISO images. 
I have been looking for an email on both krusader-devel- and kde-devel-core on 
this topic, moving kio_iso upstream but I didn't find anything. Are there any 
news about it?

Aaron said "to get this moving, please send an email to kde-core-devel noting:

1) * what the slave does
2) * what currently uses it (and what could us it if it were more available)
3) * who the maintainer(s) will be"

1) KIO slave to access ISO images like zip- or tar.gz-archives in your file-
browser.

2) Besides browsing ISOs? I don't know.

3) No idea.

In the meaning time I have submitted a service menu to 
KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop (openSUSE) with several translations (thanks openSUSE 
translation team!). Perhaps the service menu I have attached in this message 
could be submitted upstream (removing "X-SuSE-translate=true", of course).
