Fisrt I add them into trunk/playground/base/kfingerprint.
I'd like to improve them.

Add two module to make KDE support fingerprint.
KFingerManager handles fingerprint management, such as enrolling.
KDMFprintPlugin is KDM plugin which can use fingerprint to login.
Many work should be done to make them mature, welcome to join in.
