There are some opinions that using public interfaces does not constitute 
derivation. The compiler uses the header to create references, but the 
compiler does not output a copy, alteration, translation or transformation of 
the header. There may be some problems if the headers has significant 
templates and complex macros, but by and large inclusion of a header is not 
problematic.

However, I don't want to get this bogged down into pointless argument. This 
topic is best left to kde-licensing.
