You can investigate it wether it links to it. ldd -r is quiteee simple
for that.

BUt your application is a derived work of libraries it uses, and if
libraries it uses uses something gplv3, then you have to accept that
license as well, if you want anyone to distribute binaries of your
application.

And KDE wants people to distribute binaries.
