Maybe adding some other administrative features like "Reimplement
Administrative Mode in systemsetting" and some other similar tasks?

This kind of bugs have tons of votes:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=151669
It looks like Administrative Mode was planned for 4.2 by A. Diaferia but
didn't ever see the light:

http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4/4.2_Feature_Plan#Other
http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4/4.3_Feature_Plan
As you can see here in the forums, the most of the time the solution is:
kdesudo systemsettings
http://forum.kde.org/solved-kde4-how-set-kdm-gui-as-normal-t-29923.html

Could this kind of bugs in some way create a complete GSOC idea or
should they just be considered "a batch of work with little to share"?

kdesudoing applications is really weird from several point of views...

Regards, and thanks Cyrille for the prompt reply,
Diego
