All file names are valid. Do not try to verify it.
We do not support KDE on any locale that is not UTF-8. Therefore, anything
that can be typed, goes.
The problem is only on filesystems with arbitrary limitations, like the
Windows ones. You'll simply get an error trying to open the file.
