In my previous failed attempt with a completely fresh download of
kdebase from SVN Trunk, I had not removed the old build directory.  So
I removed the kdebase build directory and grabbed another fresh copy
of kdebase from SVN Trunk.  The result is that kdebase still will not
build on my system.
