Ah, it doesn't look like this is in kmix 4 yet.  You can't set the
global shortcuts anymore (although it seems you can set global
shortcuts for the old, non-global shortcuts now, though).

Is that a bug?  Or just NYI? (haven't looked at the code that thoroughly yet.)
