The last time you asked a question the same question about unsermake, the 
reply that got posted was that you should not use -j3 with unsermake instead 
you should use --compile-jobs=2.

I still remember because that's when I fixed my build scripts to 
use --compile-jobs= instead of -j. Try that first and see if it fixes the 
error for you.
