Hi!

Im new in the list!, my name is Diego from Argentina and I would like to
start developing tools for KDE, so the first problem that I have was
compiling with the KDevelopment ... send me this error message:

checking for libjpeg6b... no
checking for libjpeg... -ljpeg
checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
checking for Qt...
configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.2 and < 4.0) (headers and libraries) not
found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.
*** Exited with status: 1 ***

Does anybody know how to get configure this?. My system is Debian Etch, im
install everything from 0 ... I install with aptitude qt4 and qt3 .. but i
think that i don't get configure right.

If can anybody help me I'll be very glad!.
