Nop, thats 1.0.14-Alpha  and the one that is required is 1.0.14-Release 
Candidate 1.

It depends on the dev's that work on the project but the standard goes 
something like this: Pre-Alpha, Alpha, Beta, sometimes Gamma or Release 
Candidate's and Release
