Hello Vic.

Your proposal looks like a full submission. You've already got most of 
what we'll require from other students, if not all. However, the 
submission period has not started yet. See 
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/SummerOfCode/Participation for more 
information on that.

Kontact-Exchange integration sounds like a KDE PIM or Akonadi task. The 
mailing list for that would be kde-pim@kde.org. I have forwarded your 
original proposal there.
