I think with the old UI it was possible to:
- undock the toolviews (maybe useful when you have multiple monitors)
- arrange them in any order. Unfortunately this is really missing. Eg. 
File Selector is the first one on the left. I move it to right, it will 
be the last one on the right. I move back to left, it will be the last 
one on the left. Now how can I get it back to the first place? Yeah, 
there is a solution, but that is so ugly, I don't want to write it 
down.
