any reason why okular is not included in SuSE's
http://software.opensuse.org/download/KDE:/KDE4/openSUSE_10.2/x86_64/

kdegraphics-3.80.2.svn20070130.r628576-16.1

but is located in playground?

So it makes things more difficult to try especially looking at the impressive 
feature list of ocular.
