Sort-of. Actually, it looks like kicker pushes itself above any 
full-screen windows *except* the one that has focus (i.e. I can 
reproduce what you are seeing). I'm not actually sure if that qualifies 
as a "bug"; it seems like something that would be by design. At any 
rate, having an option to change the behavior is certainly worthy of 
consideration.

Twinview (hmm, KControl talks about 'which *Xinerama* screen, maybe it 
just doesn't know the difference between the two?).
