I had some problems with the SP1 on 2003. Thus, I tried to use the  
Visual Studio Express 2005 with the native SDK for Microsoft  Sever  
2003.. Well, this doesn't work at all.. :(
I will retry 2003 with SP1 and -- if this will not work -- switch to  
2005 standart edition.
