From my experience ALL KDE popup menus absorb global shortcuts.
Menubar menus, context menus, completion popups, the KMenu, etc all do
this. Does anyone know why this is? Is this somehow a feature?

Anyway, I think the fix will most likely lie outside CompletionBox,
but I could very well be wrong.
