That's a harmless error, due to bad interaction between objects in the code, Waldo
didn't find a way to get rid of it but maybe one day I should give it a try ;)

Did you check konqueror's debug output? Maybe your plugin has a missing symbol,
or the entry point isn't KDE_EXPORTed, or ...
