It is very nice that you are working on the icon dialog, since it needs 
improvement IMHO. The All categories thing is great.

Another thing I would like to suggest is the ability to choose to view 
only a certain size of the icons. That would be great if I am looking 
for an icon for my application, where I know which size I am looking for.

Yet another suggestion is the ability to specify which style to use when 
browsing.
