I am just after the "create folder" thing, nothing else. I have a list 
of files and a popup menu offering a "New folder" item. The thing is 
that I need to make sure that the folder can only be created under the 
root folder, nowhere else.

Since I am trying to create some sort of consistence I want a dialog 
offering the layout with two lines of text, a line edit and three 
buttons. Just like all the other create folder dialogs around in KDE.
