Screen, a user cant remove these themes, only as root. In kcontrol -> \
System-> Theme Menagement a user can remove themes even running kcontrol as \
user, and that should be only possible to when runniing kcontrol as root. \
Well this shoudnt happen, this seams to be a serious system flaw regarding \
