I'm complaining about the distribution of said manpower. We have lots of 
applications and some are well tended (amaroK comes to mind). But some 
central ones, like Konqueror and KMail, require more developers.

Anyways, this point is a bit moot. Let's see what happens in a few months' 
time, when we finish breaking KDE4 :-)
