I fixed something, thanks to the uclibc mailing list. Instead of commenting 
out the linux/kernel.h file, I just changed it's position. Please use this 
patch instead.

Origin: Coreutils getloadavg.c, and me. Thanks to Rob Landley from the uClibc
mailing list.
Description: This adds getloadavg() to kdebase because it does not exist in
uClibc. And swaps the header order memory_linux.cpp because uClibc and kernel
headers have conflicting definitions of 'struct sysinfo'.
